It&#039;s by some curious coincidence that I&#039;m writing this reply to you from one of our Mobile Broadband products, whilst whizzing along a trainline at 120mph I might add! Modern technology...

Anyway, back on topic. I work in the Vodafone Web Relations Team and I&#039;m here to help. 

From reading what you&#039;ve actually had from us (a new modem and a cheaper plan) I&#039;d have immediately assumed your account was upgraded and hence the new 18 month commitment, but if you&#039;re adamant that wasn&#039;t the case then we need to do some investigating. Feel free to drop me an email at my address given above, or simply send it to the team at webrelations@vodafone.com. You&#039;ll likely get a faster response that way as I&#039;m not in the office until tomorrow afternoon.

Just include a link to this blog, your name and mobile number and we&#039;ll be in touch as soon as possible.
