She’s clearly been carved from a tree trunk, but she really is quite odd to stumble across whilst out walking. I imagine she’d be a bit creepy if you came across her at night!

I think it’s dead, but it’s really interesting how twisty it is. If you look an inch to the left of the base you can see the lady of the wood. Subject of my next post!

Working in Lincolnshire today I took a rare opportunity for a lunchtime stroll.

It was lovely, but I did have a slice of pizza afterwards. The portion could have done with being a little larger. I am though a good sight healthier after eating this and my halo is shining just a little brighter.
